NO PILOT LICENSE REQUIRED TO FLY THIS HELICOPTER IN USA

For simplicity and an unrivaled “out there” flying experience, consider the Mosquito Air. This is as basic and thrilling as it gets, cruising over the landscape below with virtually nothing to obstruct your view while experiencing the exhilaration of the wind rushing past. This pure-fun aircraft can be flown under FAA Part 103 – Ultralight Vehicles and does not require aircraft registration or a pilot license.

NO PILOT LICENSE REQUIRED TO FLY THIS HELICOPTER IN USA

When your preference in a Part 103 ultralight vehicle requires more of a standard fuselage and cockpit, the Mosquito XEL will meet your needs. The integrated fuselage standard to all XE models forms a pleasing and aerodynamic shell with all the required instrumentation and comforts a recreational pilot would desire. The included safety floats provide an exemption to the standard 103 lb weight limit to keep this beautiful aircraft within the ultralight category. This helicopter can also be flown under FAA Part 103 – Ultralight Vehicles and does not require aircraft registration or pilot license.

If you have a rotorcraft rating or are planning on getting your license, the Mosquito XE is the place to start. Identical to the XEL but without the floats, and with an unrestricted fuel capacity, the XE will really take you places. Fly for over 2 hours, or 4 with optional extended tanks, at a comfortable cruising speed of 75 mph and a very economical fuel burn of only 4.5 gallons per hour. This helicopter requires FAA registration and a helicopter pilot rating.

Additional power is the prime feature of the Mosquito XE285 helicopter. Identical to the XE in all other features, the XE285 boasts a power increase of over 30% for higher engine performance, larger loads, or high-altitude performance. You’ll also experience a rated cruise speed increase to over 85 mph and a significant jump in climb rate. As with the XE, this helicopter requires FAA registration and a helicopter pilot rating.

HELICOPTER LICENSE REQUIRED TO FLY THIS HELICOPTER IN USA

This is the ultimate experience in performance and technology. With a top speed of over 100 mph and a climb rate of 1,200 feet per minute, this aircraft will satisfy the most demanding pilot, while turning heads and gathering crowds wherever you travel. There is nothing quite like the pure power and sound of the turbine propelling your helicopter into performance parameters others will envy. The Mosquito XET is available ready-built or as a full kit. The turbine engine is additional on this aircraft, and cost typically begins at $10,000 USD, depending on configuration and options.
