Flight Time Building

We offer flight time building programs for both fixed-wing and rotorcraft in increments of 25, 50, 75 and 100  hours. Fly in one of the most complex air spaces and hone your skills as you build time towards your next career level. Rental fees are wet and include all fuel, briefing stations, and general use of our classroom and facilities. We are open 7 days a week until 11pm for your convenience so evening flights and extended flights are part of our regular day.


To participate, you must possess:

  • FAA or equivalent PPL. Foreign pilots may fly with a safety pilot or you may convert your license to an FAA certificate by submitting FAA form 8060-71 which allows you to log PIC hours
  • At least a current FAA Third Class Medical certificate for US pilots
  • Current passport or alternate form of ID (inquire for full list)
  • Renter insurance (minimum coverage varies by aircraft)

There are plenty of excellent destinations in California, Oregon, Utah, Nevada and Arizona and overnights are allowed. Besides being based in Los Angeles-Hollywood you could visit such locations as:

.. and hundreds of unique and picturesque destinations throughout the Southwest USA to explore.  There are over 250 airports in California alone to explore ranging from the high mountains to deserts to landing right on the beach. You will find no end of places to see or visit while you accumulate your time and garner experience flying in many environments.
